Customer Service Representative

Full Time

As an OEM Customer Service Representative you will work directly with our customers’ procurement teams to support their buying initiatives and production builds. This position is responsible for processing orders, requests for quotations, and collaborating with other departments to exceed our customer’s expectation for their production schedules. You will report to the Director of Sales. This is a process driven role and demands timely and accurate communication with both internal departments and external customers.


  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, 10-key and ERP Software
  • Proven track record of being able to prioritize multiple customer requests in a timely manner
  • Provide world-class service focused on our customers
  • High School diploma (or GED) + a min of 3 years of professional customer service experience
  • Must agree to and sign Lundell Manufacturing’s non-compete agreement


  • 5 + years of OEM Customer Service Experience
  • Epicor ERP Experience (Specifically Kinetic Platform)
  • Foam/Flexible Material Knowledge/Experience
  • Custom Fabrication/Custom Job Shop Experience
  • Bachelor’s and/or Associates Degree
